Impact Revenue Investments - Short Form Application Instructions (Not Applicable)

The Impact Revenue Investments program is an innovative Queensland Government initiative supporting social enterprises to create meaningful social change. Delivered by Queensland Treasury, the program provides revenue incentivised funding to help eligible organisations scale, grow sustainably, and amplify their social impact.

Instructions

  1. Before completing this short form application, please read the program Guidelines for more information. The Guidelines, along with FAQs and key dates are available on the Impact Revenue Investments webpage.
  2. Save your progress at any time to return and complete the application later.
  3. Complete all mandatory fields (*) as submission is not possible without a response to these.
  4. Provide accurate and truthful information, as per the accompanying Guidelines.   
  5. Answer all eligibility questions and provide supporting details where required (e.g. trade revenue history, governance method, etc.).  A Method Statement outlining governance arrangements will be required as part of this application for those organisations that do not have an independent board. 
  6. Review all sections before submitting to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Opportunity to connect with philanthropic organisations and investment delivery partners. (Not Applicable)

As outlined in the Guidelines, Queensland Treasury has been working with the philanthropic community to enhance social impact in Queensland. Philanthropic organisations may express an interest in connecting with successful and/or unsuccessful IRI Applicants, to explore potential collaboration and support. Should this occur, Queensland Treasury will facilitate the opportunity to connect with philanthropic organisations by providing them with information from your application, including personal information, subject to your consent (see below).

Investment delivery partners have been selected by Queensland Treasury to deliver and manage two impact investment funds - Ready to Launch Fund and Financing Growth Fund. Should the investment delivery partners express interest in connecting with successful and/or unsuccessful Applicants, for the sole purpose of exploring potential support opportunities under those specific funds, Queensland Treasury may facilitate such connections by providing them with information from your application, including personal information.

 Please note the following with respect to information sharing with philanthropic organisations and/or investment delivery partners:

  • Voluntary Participation: Participation in this opportunity is entirely voluntary, and your decision will not affect your eligibility for IRI, or any future funding opportunities administered by Queensland Treasury.
  • No Guarantee of Engagement or Support: Providing consent does not guarantee that you will be contacted or receive support from philanthropic organisations. These organisations act independently and are not affiliated with Queensland Treasury, or the State.
  • Confidentiality: While Queensland Treasury will request that philanthropic organisations keep your details confidential, we cannot guarantee this.
  • Independent Engagement: You are free to approach or share your information with philanthropic organisations.
  • No Relationship or Warranties: Queensland Treasury’s role is solely to facilitate information sharing (upon your consent). No relationship is created with Queensland Treasury, or the State, and no representations or warranties are made regarding the philanthropic organisations.
